Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Spa Manager will oversee membership sales and daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and team performance. Responsibilities include membership sales, managing spa staff, maintaining the quality of services, fostering positive client relationships, and achieving financial goals through sales, budgeting and effective scheduling. Additionally, the Spa Manager will ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a welcoming atmosphere for both team members and clients.
