Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Deep knowledge and experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM modules
• Experience in developing workflows, customizing forms in ServiceNow
• Experience in ServiceNow VA and Now Assist
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with monitoring, AI Ops and automation tools (PagerDuty, Ansible)
• Understanding of on-prem and AWS Infra/application components to Integrate and execute automations
• Understanding of monitoring and AI Ops tools
  
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow automation workflows in ITSM, ITOM modules
• Lead the discussion with application and infra stakeholders, conduct workshops to understand and finalize the requirements
• Design and solution integration of ServiceNow with IT Ops, monitoring and automation tools
• Planning and implementation of new features in ServiceNow (ServiceNow VA, Now Assist)
• Lead and guide offshore/onshore teams to track and implement the solution as per the expectations
  
  

Salary Range-$100,000-$150,000 a year
