You will own enterprise sales efforts while also helping shape go-to-market strategy, influence cross-functional execution, and play a key role in scaling the business, with the opportunity to evolve into broader leadership and P&L responsibility over time. You will manage a Client Relationship Manager and operate as both a hands-on seller and strategic leader, focused on complex, enterprise-level engagements within the investment management ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for Linedata’s Back Office solutions across North America
  • Drive new business against a defined revenue quota across both new and existing clients
  • Build and convert a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and industry engagement
  • Engage senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and position Linedata as a strategic partner
  • Lead complex sales cycles including demos, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution
  • Partner cross-functionally with pre-sales, product, client services, and marketing teams
  • Stay ahead of market trends and client needs within the investment management back office space
  • Manage and mentor a Client Relationship Manager to support account growth
  • Contribute beyond sales by influencing execution and operational alignment over time
  • Help shape the future direction of the business, with potential to grow into broader leadership responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in financial technology
  • Strong experience in investment management back office solutions or closely related areas (e.g., fund accounting, middle/back office outsourcing, IBOR/ABOR, data management)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex, consultative sales environments
  • Ability to engage and influence senior executives with credibility and commercial insight
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market opportunity into action
  • Interest and capability to evolve into broader business leadership, including P&L ownership
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Executive presence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10–20%
