The Sr. Reward Analyst will support the Head of Performance, Reward & Mobility in design, delivery and continuous improvement of Glanbia’s Reward Programs.
As the Senior Reward Analyst you will manage the operational delivery of our Reward strategy, including compensation and benefits to support the achievement of Glanbia’s People and Business objectives. This is a flexible, hybrid position from our Chicago office.
As a key member of the Total Reward CoE, the focus of the Senior Reward Analyst is:
Skills and Experience:
The role will support the delivery of key initiatives such as taking a lead role in the annual reward cycle, market benchmarking and job evaluation services to support business specific initiatives and partnering with the wider team to deliver critical compliance analysis and reporting e.g. EU Pay Transparency. You will also manage and maintain key processes and procedures, research reward topics, analyze data and provide advice and guidance to HR colleagues and People Leaders on Reward issues. The role is US based with travel to our Chicago offices required as requested.
