A leading contractor in the Chicagoland public construction market, delivering large-scale educational and municipal projects with a strong backlog and repeat clientele.
Description
- Oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
- Lead project teams including PMs, APMs, and field staff
- Maintain strong relationships with public clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and public sector requirements
- Drive project scheduling and delivery milestones
- Provide strategic input on project execution and risk management
- Mentor and develop junior project management staff
Profile
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong background in K-12 and/or municipal projects
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Experience managing large budgets ($10M+)
