Are you a Project Controls expert with a knack for managing multi-million dollar capital construction budgets? We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a premier energy leader in Las Vegas, NV.
This isn't just a "scheduling" job—you will be the financial and operational nerve center for large-scale energy infrastructure projects, ensuring complex construction efforts stay on track and under budget.
The Details:
- Pay Rate: $65.00 – $75.00 / hour
- Location: Las Vegas, NV (89146)
- Duration: Project through May 2027
- Sector: Utilities & Power Generation
What You’ll Do:
- Financial Control: Develop Estimates at Completion (EAC) and maintain detailed cash flow projections.
- Risk Management: Support Project Managers by maintaining project risk registers and facilitating review meetings.
- Reporting: Prepare executive-level reports on cost variances, project contingency, and capital budget planning.
- Compliance: Ensure all work meets FERC accounting standards and supports IRP filings.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain integrated project schedules to ensure timely execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong foundation in Project Controls (Cost, Schedule, and Risk).
- Experience in the Energy, Utility, or Heavy Construction industries is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with FERC accounting or IRP filings is a major plus.
- Ability to translate complex data into strategic insights for leadership.
