Elevate Impact. Lead Innovation. Deliver Excellence.

At ISS Facility Services, we don’t just manage spaces—we transform them. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic capital projects across national accounts, driving innovation, operational excellence, and long-term client partnerships.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love turning complex ideas into reality, and are passionate about delivering high-impact results—this is your opportunity to shape the future of workplace experiences.

Your Impact

As a Senior Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of capital projects across multi-site portfolios—setting strategy, driving execution, and ensuring exceptional outcomes from concept through completion and beyond.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients and a leader across cross-functional teams—bringing together design, construction, and operational excellence to deliver measurable value.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects using ISS global standards and methodologies
  • Facilitate client workshops to define scope, budget, timelines, and quality expectations
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and financial performance (including margins)
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Build and manage relationships with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Oversee permitting processes with local authorities
  • Deliver clear project reporting, including financial tracking and milestone updates
  • Partner with HSE and Legal teams to ensure safe and compliant execution
  • Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies
  • Lead RFP processes and support business growth opportunities
  • Continuously improve tools, templates, and delivery processes

What Makes This Role Exciting

  • Report directly to the Vice President of Capital Projects (North America)
  • Play a key role in scaling ISS’s Capital Projects capabilities
  • Influence innovation, tools, and best practices across the organization
  • Work within a highly collaborative, high-performing environment
  • Champion the Integrated Facilities Services (IFS) model across clients

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Building Sciences, or related field preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Strong expertise in project management tools (Microsoft Project preferred)
  • Proven experience in cost estimating, budgeting, and financial tracking
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational mindset with the ability to prioritize in complex environments
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across manufacturing, industrial, commercial, or office sectors

Work Environment & Travel

  • Hybrid/office-based with extended time at a computer
  • Travel up to 30% across project sites
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet critical deadlines
