Your Impact
As a Senior Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of capital projects across multi-site portfolios—setting strategy, driving execution, and ensuring exceptional outcomes from concept through completion and beyond.
You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients and a leader across cross-functional teams—bringing together design, construction, and operational excellence to deliver measurable value.
What You’ll Do
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects using ISS global standards and methodologies
- Facilitate client workshops to define scope, budget, timelines, and quality expectations
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and financial performance (including margins)
- Drive stakeholder alignment across internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Build and manage relationships with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Oversee permitting processes with local authorities
- Deliver clear project reporting, including financial tracking and milestone updates
- Partner with HSE and Legal teams to ensure safe and compliant execution
- Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Lead RFP processes and support business growth opportunities
- Continuously improve tools, templates, and delivery processes

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Building Sciences, or related field preferred) or equivalent experience
- Strong expertise in project management tools (Microsoft Project preferred)
- Proven experience in cost estimating, budgeting, and financial tracking
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational mindset with the ability to prioritize in complex environments
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across manufacturing, industrial, commercial, or office sectors
Work Environment & Travel
- Hybrid/office-based with extended time at a computer
- Travel up to 30% across project sites
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet critical deadlines
