SCOPE:
The Senior Payroll Technology & Governance Analyst supports payroll tax compliance, payroll system governance, and operational integrity across MHIA and its affiliates, including payroll operations delivered through a managed service model. This role serves as the technical partner to the internal team, focusing on payroll system validation, payroll tax support, and payroll process accuracy. The role ensures payroll system outputs, including those produced by the payroll vendor, are accurate, compliant, and aligned with expected payroll outcomes. This role works closely with HRIS and Benefits to validate that payroll system configurations deliver the intended results. While this role does not perform system configuration, it is responsible for defining expected payroll outcomes and ensuring system outputs meet those expectations.
The ideal candidate will have at least a minimum of eight (8) years of payroll experience with strong exposure to payroll systems and payroll tax processes.
