Senior Oracle EPM Analyst (Hands‑On)
📍 Houston, TX (The Woodlands) | 100% Onsite (Mon–Fri)
💼 Full‑Time | $150K–$160K base + bonus
LHH is partnering with a high‑growth organization to hire a Senior Oracle EPM Analyst to own and administer Oracle EPM Cloud end‑to‑end.
This is a hands‑on technical role — not a functional lead, not vendor oversight, and not a reporting‑only position. If your strength is building, configuring, and maintaining Oracle EPM Cloud yourself, this is worth a closer look.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Direct administration of Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS & FCCS)
- Building and maintaining business rules, calc scripts, and metadata
- Managing hierarchies, dimensions (GL, entities, departments), and security
- Supporting Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Close
- Developing Narrative Reporting, Smart View templates, and custom reports
- Managing integrations (EPM Automate, Integration Agent, data loads)
- Reviewing monthly Oracle Cloud updates and executing non‑prod testing
- Hands‑on troubleshooting in partnership with Oracle Support
- Working closely with Accounting, FP&A, and Finance leadership
This Role Is a Strong Match If You Have
- Hands‑on experience administering Oracle EPM Cloud
- Personally built business rules, metadata, or integrations
- At least two end‑to‑end implementations of EPBCS and/or FCCS
- Experience with:
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Month‑End Close & Consolidation
- Management Reporting & KPIs
- Narrative Reporting
- Comfort working fully onsite in Houston (no remote / no sponsorship)
This Role Is Not a Fit If You
- Only acted as a functional owner or reviewer
- Led vendors or teams without direct system access
- Have not personally configured Oracle EPM applications
