ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Sr. Operations Specialist is responsible for the continuous management of various aspects of the Evergreen project lifecycle phases. This individual plays a critical role ensuring consultant and project alignment and adherence against all divisional and company policies. The Sr. Operations Specialist will bring enhanced experience, ownership, and cross -functional leadership to our team, dedicating 20% of their time to spearheading new initiatives and/or training others in operations on best practices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Consultant Profile Management

• Onboarding, profile audits, burden/rate verification, L5 creation.

Customer Billing & Invoicing Support

• Template setup, cadence management, invoice accuracy, PO tracking.

Asset & Security Management Support

• Coordination of equipment, access setup and removal, and IT escalations.

Risk & Operational Excellence

• Alignment and adhere to with policies/procedures, incoming program risk and ongoing program delivery risk processes.

• Partnership with CDPs on strategy, standardization, continuous improvement and constant collaboration.

Reporting & Analytics

• Tooling and/or dashboard creation/management/utilization, and trend analysis of information provided.

• Documentation and Training manuals for proper usage of developed tools.

Process Ownership & Elevation

• Act as an indirect leader and escalation point for Operations Coordinators and Specialists.

• Provide feedback and direction on broader operations strategy, tooling needs, and OKRs.

• Support training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer to team members as needed.

• 20% of your time will be focused on Business Operations wide initiative builds and trainings.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Billing, Finance, or a related role

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified (SSBB)

• Demonstrated leadership and ownership of process improvement or cross -team collaboration initiatives.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across departments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with workflow platforms (e.g., Airtable, SharePoint, Dynamics).

• Ability to proactively identify problems and implement structured, scalable solutions.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.

• A growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve both personally and within the team.

• Proven specialized knowledge and experience in profile management, billing, risk or reporting.
