We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Marketing Specialist to support business development initiatives within a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. This role is designed for an experienced marketing professional who operates with a high level of independence, demonstrates strong executive presence, and can successfully manage complex projects from concept through execution with minimal oversight.
The Senior Marketing Specialist will serve as a strategic partner to brokerage and leadership teams, leading high-impact business development efforts through the creation of proposals, presentations, pursuit strategies, and client-facing marketing materials. This individual must be capable of balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. This individual will also leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, improve workflows, elevate marketing outputs, and enable data-informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, solutions-oriented, and confident leading discussions, presenting recommendations, and establishing clear paths forward across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
* Lead business development and marketing initiatives from inception through final execution with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
* Develop sophisticated, client-facing deliverables including proposals, pitch decks, presentations, RFP/RFQ responses, property marketing materials, and pursuit strategies.
* Partner closely with brokers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support revenue-generating initiatives and strategic client pursuits.
* Facilitate productive meetings by aligning stakeholders, driving strategic discussions, clarifying priorities, and ensuring actionable next steps.
* Present project recommendations, marketing strategies, and business development viewpoints clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
* Translate complex information, market data, and stakeholder feedback into compelling messaging and visually impactful deliverables.
* Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, accuracy, and deadline adherence.
* Serve as a key contributor in positioning strategies, client engagement efforts, thought leadership initiatives, and brand elevation opportunities.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence gathering to support strategic pursuits and client opportunities.
* Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, operational efficiencies, workflow management, and team collaboration.
* Maintain and evolve branding standards, templates, and best practices across marketing and business development materials.
* Proactively identify project challenges and develop strategic solutions that support business objectives and project success.
* Support event strategy, client engagement initiatives, and targeted campaigns that strengthen market presence and business relationships.
* Apply AI tools to optimize workflows, enhance content, and improve reporting and personalization
