Are you an experienced SEC Reporting professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting to join a dynamic Controllership team and play a critical role in leading external financial reporting and compliance activities for a publicly traded organization.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will:

✅ Lead the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports (10-Qs and 10-Ks)

✅ Serve as a subject matter expert on SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP, and equity-based compensation

✅ Manage and develop a high-performing SEC Reporting team

✅ Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Tax, FP&A, Investor Relations, and external auditors

✅ Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the reporting function

✅ Lead the implementation of new accounting standards impacting disclosures and reporting

What we're looking for:

✔ CPA required

✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting

✔ 8+ years of accounting experience, including SEC reporting and/or public accounting experience

✔ Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial disclosures

✔ Experience researching and resolving complex accounting matters

✔ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Experience with Workiva, ActiveDisclosure, and XBRL is a plus
