Senior Finance Manager
A publicly traded organization undergoing a significant transformation is building out its corporate finance function and adding a key leader to support planning, analysis, and external communications.
This is a unique chance to join an organization at an inflection point helping to shape forecasting, reporting, and investor-facing messaging while partnering closely with senior leadership. The business is expected to pursue strategic growth initiatives and expand over time, creating strong visibility and long-term upside for this role.
Planning & Forecasting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities
- Consolidate results across multiple business units and align with overall strategy
- Help refine planning processes as the organization evolves
Performance Analysis
- Analyze financial statements and key drivers of performance
- Deliver variance analysis, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities
- Monitor operational metrics and provide forward-looking insight into business activity
Leadership Reporting
- Build executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations
- Develop financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure consistency and accuracy of data
Process & Infrastructure
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and forecasting accuracy
- Support enhancements to planning tools, systems, and reporting frameworks
Investor & Market Support
- Assist in preparing materials for periodic external communications
- Help ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging tied to financial performance
- Contribute to supporting analyses used by leadership in public-facing discussions
Market Intelligence
- Track peer and market activity to help inform positioning and strategy
- Synthesize key trends and insights into clear takeaways for leadership
- Support development of materials used in external meetings and presentations
Qualifications
- Progressive FP&A or related finance experience
- Hands‑on FP&A experience building processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with senior leadership
Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation: $150,000 – $175,000
Annual bonus opportunity: approximately 30%
