The Baker McKenzie Executive Compensation team provides US domestic and international executive compensation, employee benefits and equity compensation advice to multi-national clients. Our attorneys routinely advise clients on the employee benefits, executive compensation and equity compensation aspects of major cross-border business change and re-organization/restructuring projects, such as mergers & acquisitions, spin-offs, reductions in force and post-acquisition integration. Our California-based Executive Compensation team has been ranked Band 1 in Chambers for the past seven years.

Baker McKenzie seeks an associate attorney for its Executive Compensation/Employee Benefits practice to reside in our San Francisco, Palo Alto or Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have five to eight years of experience in advising private and public companies on sophisticated executive compensation, employee benefits and other incentive and compensation arrangements, including meaningful experience supporting M&A and other transactional matters. Candidates will be client-service-oriented and have exceptional analytical, writing, and organizational skills. Large law firm experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be California bar admitted and have strong academic credentials with the ability to function smoothly in a global team environment. Please submit a cover letter, resume, and transcripts with your application.
