Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Boise, Idaho for a Senior Human Resources Manager. In this capacity, you will lead and manage HR initiatives across the organization, providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning. Additional responsibilities include implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, driving employee engagement programs, supporting diversity and inclusion efforts, and acting as a strategic partner to leadership for organizational growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning
  • Proficiency in Policy Implementation, Compliance, and HR Best Practices
  • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Communication Skills
  • Proven ability to implement Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
  • Experience with HR Technology and tools to support processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Experience in retail or large organizational environments is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
