Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Boise, Idaho for a Senior Human Resources Manager. In this capacity, you will lead and manage HR initiatives across the organization, providing guidance on employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning. Additional responsibilities include implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, driving employee engagement programs, supporting diversity and inclusion efforts, and acting as a strategic partner to leadership for organizational growth and development.
