LHH (Atlanta) is excited to partner with a high-growth, private equity-backed organization on a search for a Senior Financial Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company executing an aggressive acquisition strategy, offering strong visibility to leadership and meaningful involvement in strategic initiatives.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building and improving processes, and wants exposure to M&A activity and finance operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the budgeting and forecasting process across business units
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and operational decisions
  • Prepare presentations and reporting packages for senior leadership and investors
  • Partner with leadership to deliver insights on performance, trends, and key drivers
  • Assist with M&A activities including financial analysis, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration
  • Drive process improvements across FP&A and reporting functions to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Support integration of newly acquired entities, including systems, reporting, and operational alignment
  • Mentor and develop junior analysts on the team


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3–6+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related finance roles
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set
  • Experience in a high-growth or acquisition-heavy environment is a plus
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills required


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary up to $125,000
  • 15% bonus target
