At LHH we are partnered with a well established manufacturing client that has a Senior Financial Analyst need in their North America finance practice. This role will be focused on the retail side of their business. Our client offers a great company culture and prides themselves on mentoring/developing their talent. Also, they've hit at or above bonus target the past several years!

Location:

Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Salary:

$100,000 - $105,000 annually, plus a 9.5% performance-based bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting on key metrics including sales performance, profitability, and budget variance analysis.
  • Utilize SAP, PowerBI, and Tableau to extract and manipulate data for insightful reporting and decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting trends, forecasts, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within financial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP, PowerBI, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ambitious self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
