Location:
Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Salary:
$100,000 - $105,000 annually, plus a 9.5% performance-based bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting on key metrics including sales performance, profitability, and budget variance analysis.
- Utilize SAP, PowerBI, and Tableau to extract and manipulate data for insightful reporting and decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting trends, forecasts, and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within financial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, PowerBI, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ambitious self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
