LHH Recruitment Solutions has been engaged in a direct hire search for a Senior Financial Analyst with a well‑established company in the Kansas City metropolitan area. This role offers strong visibility with leadership, the opportunity to expand your skillset, and clear growth potential within the organization. It's an excellent fit for someone with a foundation in accounting and experience in financial analysis who is looking to expand their impact in a more operational, decision‑support role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units, including monthly and quarterly updates
- Analyze financial results, delivering clear variance explanations and actionable insights to leadership
- Partner cross-functionally to improve reporting accuracy and enhance operational performance
- Prepare and present executive-level reporting packages with key trends, risks, and opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 2-4 years of financial analysis experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
