SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Now recruiting on behalf of a large, global company for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst. Hybrid - 2 in, 3 remote*

The Senior Financial Analyst will have responsibilities that include: budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, financial analysis, metric tracking, dashboard development and ad hoc analysis. This role will be heavily focused on understanding operating expenses and working with business leaders to find ways to minimize overall spend. This role will also have a good deal of project-based/ad hoc analytical work.

The right candidate for this Senior Financial Analyst will have:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (MBA and/or CPA preferred)
• 4-5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working in large companies
• Strong understanding of GAAP compliance and financial reporting
• Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, variance analysis, and KPI tracking
• This role is best suited for someone with a proven ability to use technology to drive efficiencies and automate processes.
• Superior systems acumen is essential, including proficiency with SQL, Power BI, advanced Excel modeling, and other planning tools.
• Track record of job stability and career progression required for consideration.
