Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

Partnering with a large, growth-focused organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support executive reporting, financial planning, and business decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze financial results and deliver variance insights (actual vs. forecast/budget)

• Support executive and board-level reporting

• Build financial models and streamline reporting processes

• Partner with business leaders to drive profitability and performance

• Assist with month-end close, forecasting, and KPI development

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of FP&A / financial analysis experience

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Ability to communicate insights to senior leadership
