Key Responsibilities:

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning efforts across multiple areas of the business
• Build and maintain flexible financial models that incorporate key business drivers
• Analyze financial results and provide clear insights on trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner cross-functionally to support operational and strategic initiatives
• Prepare concise reporting and presentations for senior leadership
• Support evaluation of new initiatives, investments, and growth strategies
• Help improve and streamline reporting processes, tools, and data integrity

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field
• Strong modeling skills with the ability to work through complex data sets
• Experience with financial systems, reporting tools, or BI platforms
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in an environment with evolving priorities and high visibility
