LHH is partnering with a large private industry brand to add a Senior FP&A Analyst to its finance team. This role offers strong visibility across the business and the opportunity to play a key part in financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision support.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a data-driven, fast-paced environment and wants to move beyond reporting into true business partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning efforts across multiple areas of the business
- Build and maintain flexible financial models that incorporate key business drivers
- Analyze financial results and provide clear insights on trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally to support operational and strategic initiatives
- Prepare concise reporting and presentations for senior leadership
- Support evaluation of new initiatives, investments, and growth strategies
- Help improve and streamline reporting processes, tools, and data integrity
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field
- Strong modeling skills with the ability to work through complex data sets
- Experience with financial systems, reporting tools, or BI platforms
- Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in an environment with evolving priorities and high visibility
