Sr. Director of Finance (Commercial Finance Leader)

What You'll Do (Besides Never Having a Boring Day):
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a key financial advisor to our Chief Sales Officer and leaders across Merchandising, Sales, and Solutions. Help define the overall commercial strategy and translate it into actionable financial plans.
- Commercial & Pricing Strategy: Own and evolve insights across Pricing, Merchandising, and COGS. Drive profitability and margin management by optimizing our cost base and developing pricing strategies that deliver results.
- Sales & Merchandising Finance:
- Partner with Sales leadership to shape growth, productivity, and customer strategy, including optimizing contracts and managing the full P&L for sales verticals.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to ensure sound vendor contracts, manage vendor rebates and funds, and optimize financial outcomes.
- P&L Ownership: Take full ownership of the P&L for both the merchant and sales verticals, managing everything from top-line sales to product margin.
- Data-Driven Influence: Translate complexity into clarity, turning vast amounts of data into actionable recommendations that senior leaders use to make critical business decisions.
- Leadership & Vision: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team that is respected for its impact, not just its accuracy. Challenge the status quo with curiosity, business acumen, and constructive tension, always thinking about "what's next" and how to add incremental value.
