Contract Recruiter (Corporate Generalist)

Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite weekly)

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a well-established, nationally recognized organization to add a Contract Corporate Recruiter to their team. This individual will step into a fast-paced environment and play a key role in supporting hiring across core business functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a high-touch, business-facing role and enjoys partnering with senior leadership to drive hiring strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles across functions such as Finance, Marketing, Wholesale, and corporate support
• Partner with VP/SVP-level stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruiting guidance
• Drive proactive sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative sourcing techniques
• Manage candidate pipelines and workflows within an ATS (Workday or similar)
• Lead intake meetings, calibrate candidate profiles, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process
• Deliver a strong, high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
• Operate independently while managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of full lifecycle corporate recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions (Finance, Marketing, or similar)
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Workday preferred)
• Proven ability to partner with and influence senior-level stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a consultative approach

Preferred:

• Experience supporting a consumer products or retail organization
• Prior experience working in manufacturing
