What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students addressing public speaking, focus, and feedback exchange
• Administering Test2Pass mastery assessments following each workshop to verify students have genuinely acquired the skill, not merely attended
• Conducting daily motivation sessions leveraging student profiles, interests, and Coachbot analytics to achieve 100% cohort completion of weekly app advancement targets
• Deploying storytelling, incentive systems (school currency, leaderboards), and individual connection to overcome student resistance
• Monitoring cohort satisfaction scores to maintain a 90%+ benchmark on student surveys
  
  

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Delivering board-based lectures. Students progress academically via self-guided AI-powered applications, not through direct instruction from you.
• Providing passive supervision. Children using computers describes the environment; active engagement defines the role.
• Compromising standards when students resist. Test2Pass requirements remain firm, independent of individual student circumstances.
• Creating original curriculum. Lesson frameworks and workshop guides are supplied; your responsibility is executing them with the presence and narrative skill that ensures genuine student comprehension.
• Handling parent communications, admissions processes, or campus operational management. Those functions belong to separate roles.
  
  

Senior Associate Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any subject
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with K-8 (elementary and middle school) students
• Strong storytelling and facilitation presence — capable of sustaining children's engagement for one-hour sessions
• Available to work on-site at Alpha's Brownsville, TX campus

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
