Description
As Senior Manager - Asset Management, you will report to a senior finance leader and act as the day‑to‑day owner of asset performance across a portfolio of industrial properties. You will step into a leadership gap currently supported by acquisitions and development teams and bring a true operational and asset‑first lens.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and executing asset‑level business plans, ensuring assets remain "on plan" and value creation initiatives are delivered
- Leading hold/sell analysis, valuation work, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the board
- Overseeing leasing strategy in partnership with internal teams and external brokers, including approval of major deal terms
- Managing budgets, reforecasts, and long‑term financial projections, with clear variance analysis and accountability
- Coordinating capital projects, operational initiatives, and third‑party property management performance
- Preparing and presenting clear, concise board and investor reporting
- Acting as a collaborative bridge between acquisitions, finance, leasing, and operations as the platform scales
Profile
For the Senior Manager - Asset Management role, we are seeking:
- 8-10+ years of commercial real estate experience, with a strong concentration in industrial asset management
- Proven experience executing business plans and independently managing assets through the full hold period
- Advanced financial capability, including cash flow modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis
- Hands‑on experience with Argus, Excel, and enterprise property management systems
- Strong leasing acumen, with a practical understanding of market rents, tenant improvements, and deal structuring
- The confidence and communication skills to present to senior leadership and board‑level stakeholders
- A leadership mindset with the ability to give and receive feedback, influence without ego, and work effectively across functions
Must be an effective communicator able to build bridges internally and externally.
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $175,000 USD.
