LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a privately held commercial real estate firm in the Indianapolis area seeking a Senior Accountant. This is a hands-on role within a small, collaborative office environment supporting both property management and corporate accounting functions.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full accounting cycle, prefers a steady and predictable workload, and wants to be part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle accounting for small real estate portfolio and corporate entities
• Manage month-end close, GL reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Process and oversee AR
• Oversee AP processes in coordination with administrative staff
• Handle treasury functions including wires, ACH, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports for property owners
• Support budgeting activities and maintain financial records
• Manage billing for property management services and reimbursable expenses
• Handle ad hoc reporting, issue resolution, and account inquiries
• Reconciliations
• Journal Entries

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally within property accounting
• Yardi Voyager experience preferred
• Degree preferred, but equivalent experience considered
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable in a hands-on, small office environment
