Responsibilities
- Support technical accounting for M&A, consolidations, and complex transactions
- Assist with acquisition integrations and process improvements
- Contribute to ERP and data transformation projects
- Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation
- Partner with cross‑functional teams and leadership
- 3–6 years of experience in public accounting or corporate accounting within a public company
- Experience auditing or working with publicly traded companies
- Stable work history
- CPA or active pursuit preferred
- High‑impact technical work with direct exposure to leadership
- Clear path to Manager for strong performers
- Rapidly growing Fortune 500 environment with low turnover
