Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Account Executive role based in Miami, FL. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to drive client satisfaction and retention. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of Toshiba's products and services.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and account management skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of document management systems, printers, copiers, or similar technologies, with the ability to convey technical information effectively
  • Ability to analyze client needs and deliver customized solutions
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the technology or managed print services industry is advantageous
