We are supporting a global biopharmaceutical leader undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. This is a high-impact opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) across multiple sites.
🔍 Your Role
As a SAP EAM Expert & Transformation Lead, you will act as the business-facing SME driving asset management transformation. You will bridge business and technology, ensuring successful design, adoption, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management capabilities.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
🔹 SAP EAM Leadership
- Act as the subject matter expert for SAP EAM and asset management processes
- Partner with business, IT, and system integrators to drive design decisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment
🔹 Asset Data Transformation
- Lead asset data cleanup and governance initiatives
- Support data migration and readiness (including MDM integration)
- Define standards, validation rules, and data quality processes
🔹 Future-State Design
- Own the design of future SAP S/4HANA Asset Management processes
- Ensure alignment across maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting
- Guide decisions on asset hierarchy, technical objects, and workflows
🔹 Change Management & Readiness
- Support organizational change and user adoption
- Collaborate on communication and engagement strategies
- Translate complex transformation topics into actionable insights
🔹 Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Provide updates to leadership on progress, risks, and milestones
- Drive collaboration across operations, engineering, quality, and digital teams
- Lead vendors and external partners
✅ Your Profile
- Strong experience in SAP EAM / Enterprise Asset Management
- Proven track record in large-scale transformation or SAP implementations
- Experience in GMP / regulated manufacturing environments (pharma, biotech, etc.)
- Deep understanding of maintenance processes (work orders, PM, planning, execution)
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead without direct authority
➕ Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management
- Experience with asset data migration, governance, or MDM tools
- Background in maintenance, reliability, or engineering
- Experience working with system integrators and global teams
