Role Description

SalonCentric is seeking a Salon Business Partner to join the team in a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Boston. The Salon Business Partner will be responsible for building strong relationships with salon owners and professionals, providing business solutions to support their success. Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans, managing sales initiatives, consulting on business needs, conducting training and educational sessions, and promoting SalonCentric's brand portfolio to drive growth and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development experience, with a focus on relationship-building and strategic consulting
  • Knowledge of professional salon products, trends, and the beauty industry landscape
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data to identify opportunities and develop solutions
  • Experience with account management and maintaining client relationships
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Understanding or hands-on experience in salon operations is a plus
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
