What You'll Do:

As a Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue while creating exceptional experiences for our guests and clients. You'll manage existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and help groups create memorable events at one of Nashville's premier downtown hotels.

• Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, energy, and attention to detail
• Proactively generate new group business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to meet or exceed revenue goals
• Conduct engaging site tours that showcase everything our hotel has to offer
• Partner with hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction
• Promote the hotel within the community by building relationships with local businesses, civic organizations, and the Chamber of Commerce
