💼 The Role

As a player-manager, you will combine high-level billing performance with strategic market development and leadership responsibility. You’ll take ownership of building the data center perm offering while setting the foundations for long-term success.

• Build, launch, and scale Progressive’s Data Center Permanent Recruitment practice
• Drive consistent perm revenue through high-value placements and key client partnerships
• Identify, win, and develop new business with leading data center operators and contractors
• Lead from the front with hands-on billing activity and market expertise
• Shape team strategy, culture, and future hiring plans
• Mentor and support consultants as the team grows

• Proven experience in permanent recruitment, ideally in a technical or infrastructure-led market
• Strong billing track record with evidence of consistent revenue delivery
• Experience as a Senior Consultant or Billing Manager, with leadership capability or ambition
