Sales Lead / Manager – IT Solutions & AI Products

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Lead / Manager to drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and expand our footprint in IT solutions and AI-powered products. This role focuses on selling cutting-edge technologies including Agentic AI systems, LangChain, LangGraph-based applications, and enterprise AI platforms.


The ideal candidate will combine strong individual sales capabilities with leadership skills to scale the business and close high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive new business acquisition for IT solutions and AI-based products.
  • Own and manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Sell advanced solutions including:
  • Agentic AI platforms & LLM-based applications
  • LangChain / LangGraph-powered solutions
  • Cloud, Data, and Digital Transformation services
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, go-to-market plans, and territory planning.
  • Build relationships with CXOs, VP/Directors, and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to create tailored solutions.
  • Review proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Track team performance, forecasts, and pipeline metrics.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–10+ years of experience in IT Solutions / IT Product Sales.
  • 2+ years of experience in team handling / sales leadership role.
  • Proven success in closing mid to large-size deals (enterprise level preferred).
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Agentic AI, LLMs, and GenAI ecosystems
  • LangChain / LangGraph frameworks
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Strong exposure to US market clients is highly preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling AI/GenAI products or digital transformation solutions.
  • Existing enterprise client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
