We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Philadelphia. This role involves driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the construction staffing industry.

Description

As a Recruitment Consultant focused on candidate and client generation, your day-to-day will be dynamic, rewarding, and growth oriented. You'll:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, nurturing long-term relationships
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, crafting tailored hiring solutions that drive their business forward
  • Source, screen, and interview top-tier talent using leading recruitment tools and platforms
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process-from initial contact to offer acceptance
  • Pitch proposals and negotiate commercial terms with confidence and professionalism
  • Collaborate with your team to meet transparent performance goals and unlock career progression

Profile

  • Experience in 360 recruitment sales or outbound sales
  • Proven experience in prospecting and closing deals, required
