Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Oklahoma City, OK. As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers to provide exceptional service, guide them in selecting products, and create a welcoming shopping experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing sales floor, executing merchandising strategies, and achieving sales goals. Additionally, you will support operational duties such as processing transactions, handling inventory, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions, and process returns efficiently.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
- Collaborative team spirit with flexibility to assist in various store operations and shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic organizational skills to assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise.
- Passion for fashion, trend awareness, and helping customers express their style.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
