Sales & Marketing Role – Core Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive lead generation through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting.
Manage the full sales pipeline, including tracking opportunities, monitoring conversion rates, and supporting revenue forecasting.
Identify growth opportunities and provide insights to refine sales strategy and market positioning.
Develop customized proposals for warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment solutions tailored to client needs.
Organize and maintain documentation for contracts, service agreements, and client onboarding.
Coordinate closely with operations, pricing, and internal teams to build and deliver complex, value‑driven solutions.
Host onsite visits and presentations to showcase capabilities and strengthen relationships.
Build and manage long-cycle prospect and client relationships, maintaining regular touchpoints and follow‑up.
Support trade shows, networking events, and client visits as part of broader business development efforts.
Marketing & Demand Generation
Partner with marketing to create and execute integrated sales and marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads.
Contribute to content creation (presentations, case studies, email campaigns, sales one‑pagers) that support the sales cycle.
Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives around industry events, trade shows, and digital campaigns.
Leverage social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and email marketing tools to nurture prospects and increase brand visibility.
Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to optimize messaging, targeting, and channel mix
