Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for the role, Sales Analyst


A growing organization is seeking a Sales Analyst to support sales operations, manage vendor and member communication, and keep day‑to‑day processes running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small‑team environment and enjoys being the operational backbone of the sales function.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage pricing sheets, contracts, agreements, and membership records
  • Support new member onboarding and maintain accurate documentation
  • Track vendor programs, rebates, and pricing updates
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
  • Serve as a key contact for member and vendor inquiries
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and support sales team scheduling and follow‑ups
  • Assist with rebate tracking, documentation, and deadlines
  • Identify workflow improvements and streamline administrative processes


What You Bring

  • 0-2 years in sales administration, sales support, or customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience with vendor programs or rebates is a plus
