Position Overview
HUB is seeking an Automation Engineer to join the RPA & Automation team within our centralized technology organization. This is a hands-on build role responsible for designing, developing, and supporting production-grade automations that deliver measurable operational value across HUB's business lines. The role is grounded in UiPath RPA development, with the opportunity to grow into adjacent tools on the HUB automation stack including Power Platform, Python, and AI-assisted development tooling. The ideal candidate is an experienced RPA developer who is curious about where automation is heading and ready to build across a broader engineering toolkit.
HUB operates a large and growing production bot portfolio across claims processing, policy administration, financial reconciliation, compliance reporting, and regional operations. The Automation Engineer will contribute directly to the health, velocity, and quality of this portfolio by building resilient automations, supporting production stability, and helping evolve the team's engineering standards.
