Role Description

The Restaurant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and efficient dining environment. Core responsibilities include hiring and training team members, managing schedules, driving sales, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong inventory control. The role also requires maintaining high food quality and safety standards while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.


Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including experience supervising and supporting a diverse team
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, hospitality, and customer service principles
  • Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and scheduling
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and customers
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges as they arise
  • Experience in restaurant management or a related field is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business-related field is a plus
