Insight Global is looking for a Construction Project Manager for a client in Indianapolis, IN! Below is more information of what we're looking for in a candidate in the role:

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience as a Project Manager in aviation, municipal, or federal construction environments.
• Background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management
• Strong background in estimating, including conceptual estimating and detailed takeoffs.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with strict regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with project management and estimating software
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff and manage subcontractor performance.

Plusses:

• Experience working on airfield paving, terminal upgrades, hangar construction, or airside/landside infrastructure.
• Prior work on federal projects under USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, or FAA.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED AP.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods (CMAR, Design‑Build).

***Compensation: $80-100k base

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
