We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth in the Southeastern U.S. region. This role focuses on expanding our market presence in groundwater pumping systems and building strong relationships with distributors and customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet revenue targets and grow market share.
  • Distributor Development: Identify, onboard, and manage distributor partners through strategic outreach and market research.
  • Customer Engagement: Build long-term relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Technical Expertise: Advise customers on product selection, installation, and troubleshooting of submersible pumps and motors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Reporting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Training & Events: Conduct product training for distributors and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the pump/motor industry, preferably with a focus on groundwater systems.


Travel

  • Willingness to travel extensively (2–3 weeks per month) within the assigned region.


Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of submersible pumps and motors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems
