Sales Support and Business Development:

Partner with the sales and business development team to identify growth opportunities, conduct site assessment visits, and engage with prospective clients.

Assist in client presentations and discussions, showcasing your operational expertise to secure new business.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all regional facilities, driving continuous improvement and operational success.

Use data analysis to identify trends, optimize workflows, and implement process enhancements.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor facility managers and direct reports, providing strategic guidance, support, and coaching.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across all sites.

Position Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in multi-site operational management, preferably within the grocery or 3PL industries.
