Seeking a highly organized Recruiting Assistant to join our Houston office. This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in events or hospitality who is interested in transitioning into legal recruiting within a professional services environment. You will play a key role in supporting the firm's attorney recruiting efforts, with a particular focus on coordinating and executing our summer associate program.

Description

  • Assist with all aspects of the summer associate program, including planning, logistics, and on-site execution of events and programming
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Support recruiting events such as law school outreach, networking receptions, and firm-hosted programs
  • Collaborate with attorneys, recruiting team members, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless candidate and summer associate experience
  • Maintain recruiting databases and assist with reporting and tracking candidate activity
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team as needed

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in events, hospitality, or a professional services environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Professional demeanor and a client-service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Based in Houston, TX with occasional travel to Austin and Dallas offices

Job Offer
