What You’ll Do
- Source, recruit, and interview candidates for a variety of professional-level opportunities
- Build relationships with candidates and provide guidance throughout the interview process
- Partner closely with sales and recruiting teams to support open client searches
- Utilize creative recruiting strategies, networking, and outreach methods to identify top talent
- Maintain candidate pipelines and manage recruiting activity within the ATS
- Learn the fundamentals of staffing, client management, and business development with the opportunity to grow into a full-desk position
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous recruiting, sales, customer service, or relationship-focused experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Interest in long-term career growth within the staffing industry

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $55,000–$65,000 plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities
- Year 1 expected earnings of $90,000–$100,000+
- Hybrid schedule after onboarding/training period
