Job Opportunity: Bilingual Recruiter (Industrial Sector)

We are seeking a driven and professional Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Houston, TX. This onsite role is perfect for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the communication skills to bridge talent gaps within the industrial sector.

Position Overview

  • Location: Houston, TX (77060) – Onsite / In-Office
  • Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year depending on experience
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Industry Focus: Industrial, Manufacturing, and Logistics, trades

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for industrial roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Bilingual Communication: Conduct interviews and facilitate communication in both English and Spanish to ensure a seamless experience for all candidates.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job boards, social media, and local networking to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume industrial positions.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate candidate records, manage background check requirements (SSN Trace, 7-year Criminal County), and ensure all documentation is compliant.
  • Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on hiring progress.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Recruiting Experience: Previous experience in recruitment is required; experience specifically within the industrial or staffing industry is highly preferred.
  • Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to teach accountability and professional standards to candidates.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Houston labor market and industrial hubs.
