Kforce is seeking a Finance & Accounting Recruiter to support ongoing, sequential growth in our Boston and New York markets. Identifying, engaging, and placing top Finance & Accounting talent. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced staffing agency environment, is motivated by performance-based goals, and enjoys building long-term candidate relationships. This recruiter will partner with our award-winning sales team.

This is a hybrid role, requiring regular in-office collaboration 2 days per week, while maintaining flexibility to work remotely.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously develop a strong pipeline of qualified Finance & Accounting candidates for current and future openings
  • Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video, and in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback, resume reviews, and client requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Proactively communicate with candidates regarding opportunities, interview preparation, and next steps
  • Meet and exceed weekly activity quotas related to outbound calls, emails, and candidate outreach
  • Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within internal systems
  • Partner closely with sales and account teams to understand hiring needs and market demands


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven Finance & Accounting recruiting experience
  • Experience working in a staffing agency environment
  • Experience with contract and contract to hire contingent staffing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruiting and multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance quotas and activity metrics
