I'm currently partnering with a well-established manufacturing company that is looking to add a Quality Engineer to their team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on in a manufacturing environment and has a passion for driving continuous improvement, solving quality issues, and working cross-functionally with production and engineering teams.

Key areas of responsibility include:

✅ Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA)

✅ Internal Audits & Quality System Compliance

✅ Customer & Supplier Quality Support

✅ Process Improvement Initiatives

✅ Inspection & Quality Documentation

✅ Non-Conformance Investigations

✅ Continuous Improvement & Lean Manufacturing Activities

Preferred Background:

• Manufacturing quality engineering experience

• Experience with CAPA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Experience working in ISO-regulated manufacturing environments

• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers, suppliers, and operations teams

• Mechanical manufacturing experience highly preferred
