m.As a QA Automation Engineer, you will own quality across our suite of specialty pharmacy, patient support, and pharmacy benefit management platforms. You will design and implement scalable automated test frameworks, champion quality standards, and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and clinical operations to ensure our software meets the reliability demands of a healthcare environmen

- se.Perform risk-based test planning and author detailed test cases for complex healthcare workflows including patient enrollment, prior authorization, specialty fulfillment, and HUB servic
- es.Conduct API and data validation testing against HL7/FHIR, EDI, and RESTful interfaces to ensure data integrity across system integratio
- ns.Collaborate with developers and product owners in sprint planning and backlog grooming to shift quality left and embed acceptance criteria ear
- ly.Report, track, and verify defects while providing clear root cause analysis and quality metrics to engineering leadersh
- ip.Support performance, load, and security testing efforts to protect the reliability and compliance of healthcare-facing syste
