Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Platform
Location: Boston, Chicago, NYC, San Francisco Bay Area, Silicon Valley, or Washington, DC
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required (TS+ Preferred)
Salary: $195,300 Salary + $19,500 Annual Bonus ($214,800 total comp)
Start Date: Open role, likely 40-60 day process
Key Requirement
- Experience supporting Defense/Government environments and classified data
- 7+ years of software engineering experience; enterprise platform experience preferred
- Strong backend development expertise in Python
- Hands-on experience with React and Next.js
- Experience building AI Agents / Agentic Applications and LLM-based solutions
- Knowledge of Neo4j (Knowledge Graphs) and PostgreSQL/Amazon RDS
- Experience developing confidence scoring and AI validation pipelines
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline design and management
- Experience deploying applications on AWS (Azure/GCP is a plus)
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, React, and Next.js
- Build APIs, AI-driven workflows, and agent-based solutions
- Integrate and optimize LLM-powered applications
- Develop scalable cloud-native solutions and deployment pipelines
- Work with knowledge graphs, relational databases, and AI validation frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver platform enhancements
Preferred
- Top Secret (TS) or higher clearance
- Multi-cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with large-scale AI/GenAI platforms
