🚧 Hiring: Project Manager / Project Director – Water & Wastewater Infrastructure

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

I’m currently supporting a search for an experienced construction professional to join a leading employee-owned contractor delivering complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the U.S.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading large-scale, technically challenging projects and working in highly collaborative delivery environments.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

You’ll lead the execution of major water and wastewater projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery across safety, schedule, budget, and quality. You’ll also play a key role in client relationships, project strategy, and team leadership.

🏗️ Project scope includes:

• Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants (WTP / WWTP)
• Pump Stations & Water Reclamation Facilities
• Municipal Utility Infrastructure
• Biosolids & Process Mechanical Systems

🤝 Delivery methods:

• CMAR
• Progressive Design-Build
• Design-Build
• Other Alternative Delivery Models

👥 You’ll fit well if you have:

• 7+ years (PM) or 10+ years (Director) in heavy civil / water infrastructure
• Experience managing large project teams and complex budgets
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills
• Exposure to collaborative delivery environments
